Looks to be in really good shape
Seems like a fair price for a pretty cool wagon

It’s surprisingly well priced, usually just being a clean manual wagon means it’s priced like this one, let alone being a turbo with tasteful mods. Local forum member too, so I know it’s good

I drove a ‘79 244, B21 with literally everything IPD makes for the suspension and it was a joy, I’ve wanted something similar ever since

My suggestion is 850 or V70 - if you’re going to buy a box, buy a box with lots of airbags and other safety features. We want you posting here for years to come.

My Subie is quite safe, and also FWD-biased and auto. I was looking seriously at 850s before the Legacy happened, but now I just want a weekend/summer fun car, preferably RWD and manual. I could be swayed by a manual swapped 850 turbo, maybe. I am really missing RWD though

The only Volvo wheels that matter. Other than Pegasus wheels, but that’s for FWD bricks

Plenty if room in the back for all my wants, too. I miss my old 245, I’ve always wanted a Turbo.

Still - airbags. They almost always work.

Volvo knows how to make a good wheel.

I’ve probably spent too much time in cars with aftermarket steering wheels, or pre-airbag, or with broken ones like my truck....or death takata ones like the Subaru. The one semi-serious accident I’ve been in didn’t even deploy airbags in the Yaris, so I got a concussion from the A-pillar. Anyways I’m digressing before I’ve even said what I meant to say. You are correct, and I should probably stick to airbags, but I also spent many years biking without a helmet, and I’ll likely keep doing the vehicular equivalent of that whenever I get a fun car again. It’s not that I try to avoid them, it’s just the that most of the cars I want were built before they were common.

Volvo and BMW make my favourite wheels. From the 80s and 90s, that is.

The Virgos. They make any Volvo desirable.
